Need support using FitLyfe 360? Our client services are available to help with questions, troubleshooting, and platform issues. FitLyfe 360 includes an integrated support process that can escalate requests based on complexity, urgency, and time needed to resolve the issue. This gives organizations dependable wellness program support when administrators or participants need help.
Client success
As work begins on your account, you will be assigned a FitLyfe Client Success Manager who serves as your main point of contact. This person helps your team understand platform capabilities, review needs, and stay connected to the right support resources. Client success helps organizations keep their wellness program moving forward with clearer guidance and ongoing communication.
Onboarding
FitLyfe has an established onboarding process for new clients that can be completed in as few as 3 days or extend up to 3 months, depending on program needs. The FitLyfe team helps with setup, implementation steps, and platform readiness so organizations do not have to manage the process alone. This makes the transition into FitLyfe 360 more organized and easier for administrators.
Operational reviews
To help keep your program on track, FitLyfe offers standard operational reviews.
