We begin by confirming your program design and identifying the data you need to import into FitLyfe 360. We use automated processes to import all your eligibility, past program points, and historical biometric data and claims. We then completely configure the platform for your program 1 to 3 years in advance.
Next, we provide your administrators with training and help them learn how to manage FitLyfe 360.
We also provide a templated communications program to help you effectively launch your wellness program and engage employee participation.
Our intuitive and highly-automated systems make it easy and less time intensive to administer FitLyfe 360 on an ongoing basis. For our health system and health plan partners, we offer additional training and consultative onboarding support to help set up and manage their client accounts effectively.
